	Rich McClintock Chief Executive Officer As president of Westfield Development Company, Rich has a proven track record of highly acclaimed development. Westfield has developed over $350 million in office, retail and industrial real estate in over the last five years. In 1998, Rich was recognized as Developer of the Year and in 2001, Westmoor Technology Park was the NAIOP Office Park of the Year. Rich is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and serves on the board of directors of Guaranty Bank, Colorado UpLIFT, Boy Scouts of America Mile High Council and the Catholic Foundation. 	Ray D’Ardenne Chief Investment Officer Prior to joining Westfield, Ray directed U.S. real estate investments for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, one of the world’s largest real estate organizations. From 1977 to year-end 2002, he held a variety of executive roles including: head of real estate operations and chief operating officer responsible for regional operations, property acquisitions and sales, mortgage originations and investment management for equity portfolios exceeding $38 billion. 	Randy Schwartz Chief Operating Officer Randy Schwartz has been with Westfield since 1997 and in the commercial Real Estate industry since 1976. Prior to joining Westfield Randy was Senior Managing Director with the Frederick Ross company where he specialized in retail developments and investment sales for 16 years. A native of Colorado and Graduate of Colorado University. Randy is involved in all aspects of Westfield's proposed and existing projects. He evaluates new development and investment opportunities, is involved with strategic planning for current and future projects, and manages the financing and budgeting aspects of the developments. 	Richard Wham Managing Director - Investments As a principal in Westfield Company, Rich coordinates equity syndications and is responsible for ongoing investor communications. Since his affiliation in 2004, Westfield has raised and invested over $166M in equity with total project capitalization exceeding $625M. From 1998 to 2007, Rich also served as managing principal of Liberty-Greenfield Corporate Real Estate Advisors, a consulting firm addressing the complex needs of America’s largest corporations. Rich is a graduate of the University of Colorado. He is an active member in the Colorado chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and currently serves on its board of directors. 	Don Slack Managing Director - Development Don focuses on conceptual planning and feasibility studies, master planning, entitlements, budgeting and design of Westfield projects. He is active in contract and negotiation with local authorities, design consultants and construction teams to oversee Westfield’s built environment activities. Prior to his joining the Westfield team in 1997, Don owned and managed one of the most respected development-oriented architectural firms in the Colorado region for 20 years. 	Steve Taniguchi Chief Financial Officer Steve Taniguchi is a certified public accountant and holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Colorado and a BBA degree in marketing and accounting from the University of Hawaii. Steve manages the financial reporting system for a portfolio of owned/managed property of more than $400 million, with annual real estate transaction volume in excess of $500 million. 	Anne Hayes Vice President - Development Anne is responsible for the project management and budget maintenance of the construction phase of Westfield’s core and shell and tenant-finish projects from project bidding through build out and into the warranty period. Anne’s additional expertise includes the electrical and telecommunication infrastructure and transportation/transit aspects of the projects. Anne joined the Westfield team 15 years ago and has a total of 24 years of commercial development experience in areas of loan procurement, construction project management, project accounting, public relations, and sales and marketing. 	Kevin McClintock Vice President - Acquisitions As Vice President of Acquisitions, Kevin’s primary role is to seek out new investments. Kevin also participates in investor relations, underwriting and the management of properties within the Westfield Capital Partners portfolio. Prior to joining Westfield Capital Partners, Kevin was a property manager for Westfield Development Company and he worked for Shea Homes as a project manager for new construction.
